Bridget was born on the 6th of august 1924 and lived all her life in clydebank scotland, where she grew up with her 2 sister Elizabeth,Nettie, and her 4 brother's John,Peter,Alex,Robert. She even lived through the 2nd World War. Then she worked at the local biscuit factory that would have been nice enjoying all the biscuits. She then met and married a handsome young man named Joseph Kelly who they both went onto have children together 1 Daughter Olivia, 5 sons Alex, John,Stephen,Charles,and Joseph. Then in 1974 she lost her husband and then had to go on and bring up the remaining 2 brats charles,joseph. Then charles got married and left the roost. So it was down to (betty) and Joseph to cope with life as a team . We lived in Dalmuir clydebank for approx 15 years, Then joseph got married and lived with mum for 2yrs then left the household it was from there on that betty was on her own. Then in 2002/03 she was diagnosed with having Alzheimers which was a shock to the family and we all knew it was going to be difficult watching our mother bridget fade away. She was taken into hospital for over 1 week and expecting for her to be going back to the home that she was in great news, but then on the tuesday morning of the 28th of August 2007 we recieved the news that our dear mother bridget has passed away. Mum we all miss you and love you Rest in Peace.
